When It Comes to Love is a song written by Billy Burnette, Simon Climie and Dennis Morgan and recorded by Burnette with Fleetwood Mac on their 1990 album Behind the Mask (album).
Burnette had and would continue to collaborate frequently on songs with Dennis Morgan on his solo albums. Simon Climie, also a frequent collaborator with Dennis Morgan, was well known at the time for his work with the short-lived duo Climie Fisher whose hits included Rise to the Occasion and (Love Changes) Everything.
Climie would go on to work frequently with Eric Clapton, their work together including Clapton's 1998 hit My Father's Eyes.
