The World Keep On Turning is the eleventh song on Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac.
It is a song written by Peter Green and performed by him on the album Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac in 1968. The recording features Green alone with an acoustic guitar, no other member of Fleetwood Mac was featured.
The song was a sketchy piece featuring only Green's voice and acoustic guitar but like many of his songs hinted at his disintegrating mental state.
The song was reworked as "World Turning" by Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie for the album Fleetwood Mac (1975).
