Neale Heywood is an English guitarist and composer who has been associated with Fleetwood Mac as one of their live sidesmen since 1997 when he played at the live concert released as The Dance.
He also co-wrote the song Come with Lindsey Buckingham for the 2003 album Say You Will. He was also credited as a co-composer on Stevie Nicks' song New Orleans, released on her album In Your Dreams that year.
In spite of Buckingham's replacement in 2018 with two guitarists in Mike Campbell and Neil Finn, Heywood was still featured on the band's An Evening With Fleetwood Mac tour in 2018. He gained prominence at these shows when he replicated the electric guitar solo from the original studio recording of Landslide, something that had never happened at Mac's live shows before.
