Hard Feelings is a song written by Billy Burnette and Jeff Silbar and recorded by Burnette with Fleetwood Mac for their 1990 album Behind the Mask. The song dovetails straight in from the preceding track Stand On the Rock and, as such, its opening notes feature at the end of that track on the CD and download.
Unlike most other outside musicians who co-wrote with Burnette for Fleetwood Mac, Jeff Silbar did not work with Burnette or Fleetwood Mac on any other occasion. His best known credit is probably Wind Beneath My Wings, co-written with Burnette's erstwhile collaborator Larry Henley and most famously recorded by Bette Midler for the soundtrack of Beaches (1989).
