Eddy Quintela is a Portuguese musician and songwriter. The second husband of Fleetwood Mac vocalist/pianist/composer Christine McVie, he co-wrote much of the material she supplied for the band between 1987 and 1997 including the international hit single Little Lies.
The couple divorced in 2003 but one more collaboration appeared on McVie's 2004 solo album, In the Meantime.
The song Nights in Estoril alludes to time the couple spent together in Portugal, Quintela's native country.
