David Malloy is a country music songwriter whose credits include work with Julianne Hough, Eddie Rabbitt, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Kenny Rogers, Mindy McCready, Badfinger, and Tanya Tucker.
He co-wrote several songs on Billy Burnette's album Soldier of Love (1986) as well as the songs Can't Get Over You on Are You With Me Baby (2000) and (All I Can Do Is) Dream You on Crazy Like Me (2017).
Burnette and Malloy also co-wrote the 1990 Fleetwood Mac song In the Back of My Mind.
